Candle Lake Golf Resort was very proud to have been recent hosts to the University of Saskatchewan- Students Union, the Ministry of Environment, Nobles Point Co-Operative, RBC, Robertson Stromberg Pedersen and SERM business conferences. In June we hosted the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, Husky, Territorial Electric and Department of Highways for their business retreats, meetings and planning sessions.
Candle Lake Golf Resort Launches "Hole in One Club"
New for 2008, the establishment of the Candle Lake Golf Resort "Hole-in-One-Club". The most recent member is Brian Marchewka of North Battleford who aced hole #8 on July 18th. Brian used his trusty nine iron. Karen Pikaluk of Prince Albert aced hole #15 on June 30.08 (picture right). Brian and Karen now enjoy all the benefits of membership of this great club. Membership benefits include: 1. golf friends must enjoy hearing of the BIG shot over and over and over again and must enjoy the story like it was told for the first time 2. golf friends are now obligated to shower members with gifts and free coffee!! Congratulations to All Members.
